Our trimmings are produced using specialized yarns and custom dye lots, and while we make every effort to keep all colors continuously available, occasional temporary yarn shortages may affect specific color options during production. In the rare event that your selected color becomes temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly with the estimated restock timeframe and, when possible, suggest the closest available alternatives for your approval.
No substitutions will ever be made without your confirmation.

Each order includes 1 sample per customer/product.
Multiple sample requests for the same or similar products will not be fulfilled.
